Arrival date
When students complete the application form to enroll in the University of Pavia, they will have to select their period of study at the university – Centro Assistenza Studenti strongly recommends to check the plan of study with your Erasmus coordinators , considering that the calendar of each faculty is different.
Centro Assistenza Studenti will provide accommodation for the periods selected in the application form. If a student arrives earlier than the date selected in the application form, accommodation cannot be guaranteed for those days; if a student leaves his/her accommodation before the date selected in the application form, he/she will still have to pay the rent for the whole period.
1st SEMESTER OR FULL YEAR
The deadline to send the application for accommodation form for the 1st semester and for the full year is 30/06/2023.
Students arriving for the first semester/full year should arrive on the 4/09/2023 or on the 14/9/2023 if they get an accommodation inside a college.
Students leaving at the end of the 1st semester should leave the rooms free within February 15/2/2024.
2nd SEMESTER
Students coming on the second semester will have to fill in the accommodation form within November 30th, 2023 , they will be informed about their accommodation by December 19th, 2023, and they will have to send a written confirmation by the same date.
Students arriving on the second semester will have the accommodation guaranteed starting from February 19th, 2024

Students are kindly recommended to consider this information before booking their flights (outside these times they will have to book a room in a hotel by themselves).
PRIVATE FLATS
Students accommodated in private flats should arrange an appointment through our association and arrive: from Mondays to Thursdays 9:30 – 17:30. On Friday till 12:30.
EDISU STUDENT RESIDENCES
Check-in times: Mondays to Thursdays 9:00-17:00 on Friday only till 12:30.
During the weekend (on Saturday and Sunday) the administrative offices are close and it is not possible to make the check-in.
CAMPUS RESIDENCE
Check-in times: Mondays to Fridays – 9:00 / 18:00. Saturday & Sunday: closed.
Arrival useful tips
Students must inform Centro Assistenza Studenti about their arrival details (date and time) as soon as they have booked their trip to Pavia, accordingly to the above mentioned advices.
Students accommodated in EDiSU Student Residences and at Campus Residence, once at the train station of Pavia must go directly to their final destinations – They may take a taxi or a bus and they will be welcomed at the reception of each Residence.
Students accommodated in private flats will have to meet the owners of the flats at the address of the reserved apartments.
Students landing at Linate airport (Milano City Airport) will find a direct bus connection just outside the airport. In order to get more details, look at the website:

From Malpensa Airport, students can get a direct Shuttle to Milano Central Station and from there a direct train to Pavia
