Arrival date
When students complete the application form to enroll in the University of Pavia, they will have to select their period of study at the university – Centro Assistenza Studenti strongly recommends to check the plan of study with your Erasmus coordinators , considering that the calendar of each faculty is different.
Centro Assistenza Studenti will provide accommodation for the periods selected in the application form. If a student arrives earlier than the date selected in the application form, accommodation cannot be guaranteed for those days; if a student leaves his/her accommodation before the date selected in the application form, he/she will still have to pay the rent for the whole period.
Students leaving at the end of the 1st semester should leave the rooms free within February 12nd, 2027.
Students arriving on the second semester will have the accommodation guaranteed starting from February 16th.
2nd SEMESTER
Students coming on the second semester will have to fill in the accommodation form within November 2026, they will be informed about their accommodation by December, 2026, and they will have to send a written confirmation by the same date.
Check-in times
Students are kindly recommended to consider this information before booking their flights (outside these times they will have to book a room in a hotel by themselves).
PRIVATE FLATS
Students accommodated in private flats should arrange an appointment through our association and arrive: from Mondays to Thursdays 9:30 – 17:30. On Friday till 12:30.
Students accommodated in private flats will have to inform directly me so that I can arrange the appointmnet at the address of the reserved apartment, accordingly. I will be personally in charge of most of the flats.
EDISU STUDENT RESIDENCES
Check-in times: Mondays to Thursdays 9:00-17:00 on Friday only till 12:30.(Collegio Don Bosco has a different check-in times: from Monday to Friday 8.00- 13.00 / 16:30-20:00)
During the weekend (on Saturday and Sunday) the administrative offices are close and it is not possible to make the check-in.
Students accommodated in EDiSU Student Residences, once at the train station of Pavia must go directly to their final destinations – They may take a taxi or a bus and they will be welcomed at the reception of each College.
Arrival useful tips
Students must inform Centro Assistenza Studenti about their arrival details (date and time) as soon as they have booked their trip to Pavia, accordingly to the above mentioned advices.
Students landing at Linate airport (Milano City Airport) will find a direct bus connection just outside the airport. In order to get more details, look at the website www.orariautobus.it/orari-autobus/lombardia/pavia.html
There is also a direct tube connection from the airport to the train station.
From Malpensa Airport, students can get a direct Shuttle to Milano Central Station and from there a direct train to Pavia.
