APPLICATION FOR ACCOMMODATION 2024-2025
FULL YEAR & FIRST SEMESTER
First of all we apologize for the delay but only now we have been officially authorized by the University of Pavia to start the accommodation assignment process.
In order to apply for an accommodation offered by Centro Assistenza Studenti, please read the following information and complete the accommodation form at the bottom of this page.
You will have to fill in , sign and email back the form to erasmus@centroassistenzastudenti.it together with your pocket picture within 18 JULY 2024.

We accept only complete applications.
Students will get only ONE accommodation proposal according to availabilities and if we do not receive a written confirmation within the given deadline the reservation will be cancelled and we will not be able to help anymore.
SINCE THE PLACES GUARANTEED ARE LIMITED CONSIDER THAT: we accept any application for accommodation within the deadline and we do our best to help any student, BUT we will be able to send an offer only till availabilites so we cannot guarantee a room to everybody at the moment; we will follow the chronological arrival order of the applications and if we run out of rooms we will inform you; since we start the accommodation assignment process very late , most of the students will get an accommodaiton proposal by the end of the summer or even in Septmeber.
- Students staying one full year will get rooms in private flats
- Students satying only the first semester will get a proposal for a Student residence or Campus Residence
CHANGE OF DATES
If Centro Assistenza Studenti reserves a room according to the dates that the student has selected in the application form, the student will have to pay the rent for the whole selected period. Late arrivals or early departures will not produce a reduction of the rent.
CONTRACT REGISTRATION FEE
Students who will reserve a room in private flats and at Campus Residence will have to pay for the registration fee in order to register the rental contract to the tax office. The fee will be calculated before issuing the rental contract upon arrival.

SECOND SEMESTER
In order to apply for an accommodation offered by Centro Assistenza Studenti, please read the following information and complete the accommodation form at the bottom of this page.

SECOND SEMESTER – DEADLINE
The accommodation form for the 2° semester has to be filled in, printed, signed and emailed back to erasmus@centroassistenzastudenti.it within 30/11/2023 together with the accommodation rules paper duly signed (see Accommodation Rules) and a pocket picture of you.
Students will get an accommodation proposal according to availabilities from 01/12/2023 to 19/12/2023.
If we do not receive a written confirmation within the given date (usually a couple of days from the date of our proposal) the reservation will be cancelled.
We accept any application for accommodation within the deadline and we do our best to help any student, BUT we will be able to send an offer only till availabilites so we cannot guarantee a room to everybody at the moment.
We will follow the chronological arrival order of the applications and we can decide to anticipate the deadline in case we run out of rooms compared to the huge number of applications received.
THE PERIOD OF SELECTION MUST BE FROM 19/02/24 TO THE END OF JULY 2024 (We don’t have any room available for shorter periods of stay).
Due to the limitation of places you don’t have the opportunity to choose the kind of accommodation even if you can express your preference by filling in the application form.
The only certain places for the 2°session are in Colleges and Campus Residence plus some shared rooms in private flats.
