APPLICATION FOR ACCOMMODATION 2025-2026
SECOND SEMESTER
SINCE THE PLACES AVAILABLE (in particular for the 1° semester) ARE VERY LIMITED COMPARED TO THE HUGE NUMBER OF THE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED , AS ALREADY WRITTEN ON ANY WEB PAGE BEFORE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A ROOM TO EVERYBODY.
WE WILL FOLLOW THE CHRONOLIGICAL ARRIVAL ORDER OF THE APPLICATIONS AND WHEN WE RUN OUT OF ROOMS WE INFORM ANY STUDENT WHO HAS APPLIED AND SENT THE FULL REQUESTED DOCUMENTS DULY SIGNED. THE ACCOMMODATION ASSIGNMENT PROCESS TAKES PLACE FROM THE BEGINNING OF JULY ONWARDS.
In order to apply for an accommodation offered by Centro Assistenza Studenti, please read the following information and complete the ACCOMMODATION FORM at the bottom of this page plus the ACCOMMODATION RULES PAPER DULY SIGNED.

DEADLINE
You will have to fill in, sign and email back the form to erasmus@centroassistenzastudenti.it together with your pocket picture within 28 November at midday.
Students leaving at the end of the 1st semester should leave the rooms free within February 13th, 2026.
Students arriving on the second semester will have the accommodation guaranteed starting from February 18th (in private residences , flats and Edisu colleges).
For any detailed information concerning the accommodation rules, offers and availabilites you will get a personalized email message.
We accept only complete applications.
Students will get only ONE accommodation proposal according to availabilities and if we do not receive a written confirmation within the given deadline the reservation will be cancelled and we will not be able to help anymore.
VERY IMPORTANT
SINCE THE PLACES GUARANTEED ARE LIMITED CONSIDER THAT:
we accept any application for accommodation within the deadline and we do our best to help any student, BUT we will be able to send an offer only till availabilites of places.
We will follow the chronological arrival order of the applications and if we run out of rooms we will inform you.
Students satying for the second semester will get a proposal for:
- a place in a college run from Edisu or
- a place in a private residence run from Edisu as well located at Camplus.
- a place at Campus Residence
- some rooms in a limited number of private flats.
CHANGE OF DATES
If Centro Assistenza Studenti reserves a room according to the dates that the student has selected in the application form, the student will have to pay the rent for the whole selected period. Late arrivals or early departures will not produce a reduction of the rent.
CONTRACT REGISTRATION FEE
Students who will reserve a room in private flats and at private Campus, will have to pay for the registration fee in order to register the rental contract to the tax office. The fee will be calculated before issuing the rental contract upon arrival.
