There are 7 University "collegi" and 2 student residences that every year offer a fixed number of rooms (single and twin) to Erasmus students. Some of them have a canteen, some offer cooking facilities. Each collegio has its own rules. On their arrival students will be asked to read and accept the rules.

GENERAL RULES FOR PAYMENT:

• DEPOSIT: 1 month rent to be paid on arrival
• RENT: Monthly payment. On arrival the first two months will have to be paid.

Payment by cash or cheque. No credit card.

Please notice:

• In Collegio del Maino, Collegio Volta, Collegio Griziotti and Residenza Golgi 1 & 2 each room has a small ensuite bathroom. There is one bathroom for every two bedrooms in Collegio Cardano and Collegio Fraccaro. There is one big common bathroom per floor (with showers) in Collegio Valla, Collegio Spallanzani, Collegio Castiglioni.
• Bed sheets, pillow and blankets are provided by the collegio/student residence.
• Bed linen is washed by the collegio. The collegio/student residence does not provide laundry service for the students’ clothing.
• The reception is open Monday to Saturday, from 07:30 to 24:00.
• Collegi and residences close during the Christmas and Easter breaks. During these periods, if students intend to stay in Pavia, they will have to arrange for alternative accommodation.
• Guests are not allowed to stay for the night.
• In order to obtain the use of canteens students must go to:

  They will receive the canteen card “tesserino mensa”. Each meal costs 5,50 euro.

In the north area of Pavia: 15 minutes by bus to the main university site; 30 minutes by bus to the scientific faculties.
