To apply for accommodation, please complete the accommodation form at the bottom of this page. Before doing that, read the following information and instructions:

• Accommodation is guaranteed only to the students coming within a regular exchange program (not to free-movers).
• Centro Assistenza Studenti will not find accomodation for students who are going to stay for short periods unless their home-University provides a substitution.
• Accommodation is guaranteed only to Erasmus students coming to Pavia for the periods indicated in the application form of the Erasmus Office of the University. If you are coming to Pavia in different periods, send us the accommodation form anyway, but please notice that in this case accommodation is not guaranteed.
• The accommodation form has to be printed and sent to Centro Assistenza Studenti by July 4th 2011. The accommodation form has to be signed by the candidate. By undersigning the accommodation form the candidate accepts all the rules implied in the application (see accommodation rules)
• Please print the accommodation rules, sign them, and send them with the accommodation form.
• Incomplete or late Accommodation forms will not be considered.

• Students will be informed about their accommodation (by e-mail) according to the following deadline: July 20th 2011
• If we do not receive a written confirmation within July 29th 2011 that you accept the room proposed, your reservation will be cancelled.

The accommodation form for the second semester has to be printed and sent to Centro Assistenza Studenti by December 05th 2011. The accommodation form has to be signed by the candidate. By undersigning the accommodation form the candidate accepts all the rules implied in the application (see the Accommodation Rules).

Students coming on semester 2 will be informed about their accommodation by December 16th 2011 and they will have to send a written confirmation by December 30th 2011.

If we do not receive a written confirmation that you accept the room proposed, your reservation will be cancelled.
